Tamika is an experienced educator with over 13 years of teaching, curriculum development, assessment development, and mentoring new teachers. She has been recognized twice as Teacher of the Year and has worked as a teacher advocate in many capacities. Tamika has served as a District Coach for both Elementary and Secondary schools and had the opportunity to work with online charter schools for the nation’s largest online education provider.
