She has served as a state department math content expert in reviewing standards-based alignment to the district math curriculum. As a math instructional coach, she has conducted development training in using data systematically to effectively drive instruction and improve differentiation, and performing informal teacher observations to mentor and coach teachers. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education, M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, and M.Ed in Online Education.
