Olivia Williams is an independent educational consultant and mentor who sets high expectations for students. A native of Florida, she’s a graduate of University of Central Florida, with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in African American studies. She earned her Master’s degree in Regional Planning at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, and also a Master’s of Education in Instructional Technology at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

In her junior year of high school, she created a plan of action for her to explore and visit colleges that had her intended major. She applied to 19 colleges and was accepted to 18 colleges. She visited over 14 colleges before completing her senior year in high school and was offered more than $50,000 in academic scholarships. At a young age, she realize the power of having a plan of action and the difference between not knowing what you wanted and having a clear vision of what you wanted. At the University, Ms. Williams mentor Freshmen Engineering students and co-taught an introduction to Engineering Course. She was a student leader at both the undergraduate and graduate level. As a Peace Corps Volunteer in the island of Dominica, she worked with the Minister of Education and developed strategic programs that purposeful developed youth by providing skill based training. As a Certified Professional Educator in the state of Florida, she is committed to both academic and personal student success. She is also an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association.

In 2010, Kampus Insights was established as a direct result of her desire to provide students the tools and mindset necessary to make a mark on their campuses and in their personal lives. She is the author of the Book Kampus Insights to the Max: a 5 Year Plan for College Success were she provides a road map to winning the college game and getting the most out of the experience. She is committed to helping students through the college application process, developing student’s mindset for excellence, and helping students find the college that is “just right”.

Agile Milton is a graduate of Melbourne High School with honors, she attended Rollins College where she majored in English and graduated Valedictorian of her class.

She holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Central Florida and has served as a National Writing Project Consultant, coordinating teacher workshops and student writing camps under the auspices of the University of Central Florida and Bethune-Cookman University. She is a National Board Certified teacher and holds a Professional Educators Certification in English.
